Technical blow molded containers and parts are highly custom, typically complex in shape, and/or intended for demanding applications. Since they are also custom in design, and utilized across numerous industries, applications are virtually limitless.

For example, NOVAPAK technical blow molded containers range from automotive fluid reservoirs and medical feeding bottles to double-wall cases and toner cartridges.

The diversity, complexity, and high performance, custom nature of these products call for a correspondingly high level of engineering and production expertise, as well as a broad selection of state-of-the-art equipment—all of which NOVAPAK offers at its facility in Philmont, NY.

Certified to ISO 9001/2000 international quality standards, the facility is also audited for Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and incorporates in-line leak detection as part of the molding process. In real time, Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems identify any out-of-spec condition, specify the corrective action and prevent defects from reaching the shipping dock.
